Inc., in conjunction with Iowa State University, developed
the Intoxalock® in 1993. Today, this device is considered
by many experts and authorities to represent the most

CST currently sells and services the
Intoxalock® in approximately 30 states that have approved
the device for their drivers. In some states, the device
is marketed through distributors. In other states, the
company markets directly to drivers.
