Quick Exchange Recalibrations

Many states require customers return to the installation center for their recalibrations.  With our "Quick Exchange" program, your recalibration will be completed in the fastest time possible. 

Seven business days prior to your recalibration, you will need to contact CST either through email or by calling 877-777-5020 to start the recalibration process.  A freshly calibrated unit will be sent to your installation center.  The technician will exchange your expiring unit for the new one.  They will also check the wiring to confirm everything is working properly. Depending on your state regulations, you may be responsible for shipping the expired unit back to CST.  Ask your CST representative for more details.

With every new unit, you will recieve a CST Recalibration Work Order.  This Work Order will show your next recalibration date in the upper right-hand corner.  You will want to keep all of your Work Orders as some states require they be presented to obtain your unrestricted license
